Aaaand.. i started again. Legs and arms feel tired as fuc and i only did it for a bit more than 10 minutes. I want to try to do this everyday. Its better than nothin. My muscles need to get stronger again.
And once again i cannot sleep fml. so ima do some yoga and hope it helps. been sick all day, couldnt work out, nothing. sigh.
yey! had my first real yoha expierence tody because i needed myself to rest. i’m happy and calm now. ready to sleep!
goal in 2O14: start yoga. start working out again (pilates). eat healthy. become happy.
